What was the highlight of Paramount Hotel Midtown

Great stay and location for our last two nights in Dubai.

The property has great proximity to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa/Downtown. Every staff member my Father and I interacted with was very nice and professional. The pool and bar on the 64th floor we're very nice and not overcrowded. Great views from the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

I wish suites were available with two beds instead of king bed only options. Getting an Uber is a little tricky because they always go to the other side of property, but we were still able to use Uber at the property.

Elevator was something hard to figure out, I didnt know which elevator can take me to my floor. Lobby supposed to be in ground floor, not watching people fights once I reach the hotel. I hoped that they was more collaborative when I told them about my case to the early check out.

My friend left her phone in an Uber and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it. The rooms were beautifully made and was very spacious. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa

Amazing hotel, highly recommend

Everything was great. Mohammed (housekeeping manager I believe) was excellent and came to check if we needed anything everyday.

There was only one issue, shower floods a little bit.

The room was big and comfortable and large. The breakfast was wonderful and the person in charge for cleaning the room was professional and clean.

Chief cook Sounak: thank you for the great service you offered us during our stay. Brilliant restaurant and excellent service - highly recommended. By far one of the best service (room dining, restaurant) I have ever received (have been in many 5 star hotels). Also Parking service excellent, thanks a lot.

Probably the people at the reception should be bit friendler.

Awesome

The hotel locates near metro stations. even the dubai mall is within working distances. Rooftop pool is one of the best sky pools in Dubai. Staff is kind and nice.

Compared to Paramount hotel Dubai, the atmosphere doesn't match with the name, "Paramount".

The AC was on auto but felt hot the whole time. I was walking around the room with only socks on and was surprised how filthy my socks were after that.

a bit more sunbeds at the pool would be nice + some umbrellas:) could not sit down at the pool (11am) because it was so crowded.

Everything was clean to perfect level. when I go from the hotel to find taxi they was spotting taxi for me even open the door to me, same when I came back, this little things makes you feel like a king, my safe getting error in 6am before my flight, only 3minutes takes for technician to come, every thing is in place and everything is organised. The team do their job and it can be seen easily. the lifeguard look only on the pool, and in the children pool the life guard walks with the childrens to make sure the are good, this is what i mean when I say the team do their job. only 1 but, But the price in the bars&cafe very high. you want beer? no problem, 55AED! (15$) 330ML Heineken but the bar for example is in 64 floor, so they have some reasons to charge that amounts.

Great spacious rooms. All new.

Spacious new rooms. Comfortable beds. Amazing rooftop pool.

Pricey during the period i stayed. Breakfast was not included and expensive to add separately. Late at night the showers don't have hot water.

Great hotel and lovely decor. Clean and comfortable.

We would have preferred the allocation of a room with Burj Khalifa view or city view. The view from our room was not so great.

We like'd the hotel, the kind service of the staff- espically mohamed and rose, who took care of us... all the staff from the house keeping and room service, they work so hard to give a good service to the visitors... the location of the hotel was not far from dubai mall, the aquarium, the borg halifa and and it was excellent for us...
